Survivor 29: Season in Review

Another season of Survivor has, if nothing else, become part of the historical record. But is San Juan del Sur worthy of a higher general opinion? Just how strong was Natalie's game and where does she fit in on the all-time winner rankings? Who might we see return for a future season (besides Olivia Feldman)? And what can we expect from Survivor: Collar Island? Find out on the player below, here, or on iTunes here.

Unfortunately the fact that you were rooting for her near the half way point sort of reduced my enjoyment. But it was still pretty great.

  2. I think the goal of the Baylor blindside was to leave Missy as a target for Keith. As we saw, he voted for Missy at F4, and it was Natalie who convinced him to do so. Natalie would probably have been able to do this even if he had won immunity. That means that in the worst-case scenario it's a tie vote between her and Missy, and Jaclyn has no reason to pull rocks to protect Missy.

Conversely, if Baylor makes F4 and Missy doesn't, there's no way Natalie can convince Keith that Baylor is the big threat that needs to be voted out. So taking out Baylor increases the probably of Keith winning immunity, but it makes that scenario easier for her to overcome.
